5. Marae Bookings
This web site provides a facility to submit Marae booking requests. Due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee that a Marae will be made available on request. Efforts are made to display confirmed bookings on this web site but Marae may choose to book their facilities without displaying it on this web site.
6. Store Delivery Policy
We aim to pack and despatch your products within 7 days of receiving your order. Their may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We use standard NZ post rates to calculate postage.
7. Store Refund Policy
All items for return or swap must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. All items must be returned in 'as new' original condition. We will refund or replace any faulty or defective goods supplied, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. We will also exchange goods that have been purchased and have subsequently been identified as unsatisfactory.
